I contracted with Remodeling Made Simple to rehab a rental property.  It seemed the task of remodeling would be overwhelming.  I considered selling the property in an "As is" condition but decided to obtain bids on the work.

I contacted Remodeling Made Simple, after having received bids from several contractors for assorted phases of the rehab.  Ron and Craig immediately inspected the property and provided me a detailed proposal.  I was very pleased that Remodeling Made Simple took on the task of choosing cabinets, countertops, flooring and light fixtures.

In September of 2002, we contracted Remodeling Made Simple for quotes to finish approximately 800 sq. ft. of our lower level.  We presented our thoughts and ideas of what we had in mind.  A few days later they came back with plans and estimates.  With a few changes they proceeded with forming an estimate which was acceptable and given the authorization to proceed with the project.

During the course of the work a few suggestions were made and accepted by us in the design etc..  Each night they left the work area clean and safe.  The job was completed in a timely matter.

Some of the design changes made the finished basement a show place.  The bull nose corners, the Aztec ceiling, archway and wall niche together with the sconces and lighting were great amenities.  The cabinets, plumbing and electrical work and all construction work was remarkable, even to the extent that the building inspector made positive remarks.  We have never had to make a call back for repairs do to faulty work.

To this day we constantly receive positive comments from visitors.  We would not hesitate to highly recommend Remodeling Made Simple to anyone.
